Create Personal Domain URL For Google+ Plus
If you have your own domain, and don’t like the lengthy default Google+ URL, then you can utilise your domain to point to your profile.
+Daniel Sander has written a few basic steps to allow you to direct, for example; http://grahamsmith.info/+ to your Google+ profile.
You do need to have your own hosted website and access to the .htaccess file in order to pull this off.
